Vic is a Trial Lawyer specializing in estate litigation, personal injury, and general litigation matters (e.g. commercial disputes and employment). In his estates practice, he has experience in representing the disinherited, defending estates/beneficiaries, assisting with probate, and drafting wills. In his personal injury practice, Vic has expert experience with cases involving inter alia, soft tissue injuries, disc/spinal cord issues, chronic pain disorder, and brain injuries. Known for his tireless work-ethic and advocacy skills, Vic attributes his drive to his mother and father who are immigrants to Canada; in fact, Vic is the first member of his immediate family to graduate high school, university, and law school.
Vic grew up in Vancouver and the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody). He is committed to giving-back to his communities focusing his volunteer initiatives with the Terry Fox Secondary School Basketball program (Vic is a co-founder of the Terry Fox Basketball Alumni Association) and the fight against Cancer.
Outside of work, you can find Vic spending time with his dogs (Ally and Bean), his niece and nephew (Katie and Brady), or supporting his Vancouver Canucks and LA Lakers.
